Treat yourself to an exciting day on the peaceful waters of Martinique’s northern Caribbean coast. From the deck of a comfortable catamaran, you’ll set off to explore a wild and authentic coastline, where nature reigns supreme.
Early in the morning, keep your eyes peeled: dolphins await you offshore, playful and graceful in their natural environment. The boat will then take you to the foot of the majestic Mount Pelée, passing by the impressive cliffs of Le Prêcheur and ancient lava flows.
Along the way, several stops for swimming will allow you to enjoy the seabed, before a stopover in the Creole village of Saint-Pierre, the former capital destroyed by the volcanic eruption of 1902. Between untamed nature, animal encounters, and cultural discoveries, this day is a true immersion in the soul of northern Martinique.
Creole meals, ti-punch, a warm atmosphere, and attentive crew: everything is in place for a memorable experience with friends, as a couple, or with family.
Itinary
From 8:45 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.
Departure of the boat excursion from the private pontoon of the Carayou Hotel at Pointe du Bout in Trois-Ilets, Martinique.
- Boarding at 8:45 a.m. from the Carayou Hotel located at Pointe du Bout (Trois-Îlets) in Martinique.
- Sail out to sea from Carbet to watch dolphins and whales, depending on the season.
- Then enjoy some free time in Saint Pierre to visit the ruins of the city and its market.
- Return to the boat for a Creole aperitif (unlimited cocktails all day long)
- Swimming at Anse Latouche
- Creole lunch served on board the catamaran
- In the afternoon, sail to Fond Bellemare along the Caribbean coast of Martinique.
- Stop swimming to explore the seabed at Fond Boucher
- Hoisting the sail to sail to Fort-de-France Bay
- Return scheduled for 5:45 p.m. at the Carayou Hotel in Trois-Ilets.
