Cancellations & changes
Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour. After that, the deposit is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by us or our partner, you can choose between a full refund or a postponement of your activity.

Logistics & transportation
Immediately after booking, you will receive all the necessary information by email and text message: meeting place and time, partner's contact details, useful information.
Yes, a private driver service is available upon request. Pick-up from your accommodation is possible depending on availability. Please let us know when you make your reservation.
Children & accessibility
Yes, we offer reduced rates for children aged 3 to 12, as well as for babies under 3 (adapted activities). These rates are automatically applied when booking.
