- An introductory session in the afternoon in the clear, calm, and shallow waters of Anse-Mitan Bay, perfect for safely experiencing your first sensations and getting used to breathing underwater.
- Meet at 3 p.m. for a session lasting approximately two hours (including about 20 minutes per person underwater).
- The next morning, meet at 8 a.m. at the club and depart by boat around 8:30 a.m. for the first site, snorkeling at the second site, and a 50-minute dive to a maximum depth of 6 meters.
- Return to the club between 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.
